LANDSCAPING SERVICES

The Board Members of the Homeowners Association of Bridge Creek Reserve Subdivision, Prattville, Alabama, are soliciting for bids for our annual Lawncare/Landscaping Services for two entryways into our subdivision.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

  • Contractor shall mow and the grass areas, weed eat, edge, blow, and clean up every 7-10 days, or as weather permits, but not to exceed 14 days, during the growing season to maintain a well-maintained appearance. (Mowing outside of the growing season will only be conducted as necessary to keep a nice healthy appearance.
  • Contractor shall trim all shrubbery at least two (2) but no more than four (4) times during the contract period as needed to maintain a healthy and well-maintained appearance.
  • Contractor shall trim/prune trees twice during the contract period.
  • Contractor shall make sure all drains are free from debris during the mowing season.
  • Contractor will dispose of leaves during the fall and winter seasons as well as any fallen limbs and small trees.
  • Contractor shall apply herbicide on walkways, curbs, and parking areas/driveways to prevent unwanted grass/weeds as needed.
  • Contractor shall inspect the irrigation system once per month during the contract period to ensure it is operating efficiently and watering the landscaping appropriately. Client will provide the batteries for the system controls upon request.
  • Contractor shall purchase & apply fresh pine straw twice per year in March and October, approx. 45 bails.*
  • Contractor shall furnish all labor materials in accordance with the above specifications.

The Board Members of the Homeowners Association of Bridge Creek Reserve Subdivision, Prattville, Alabama, are soliciting for bids for the purchase and installation of river rock at both entry ways into our subdivision.
